This Academy provides a structured, practical learning pathway for students who want to gain real experience and industry-ready skills inside one of Perth’s most established and recognisable fitness clubs.
This program blends flexible online study with guided, hands-on practical workshops delivered onsite at World Gym Midland. Under the mentorship of highly experienced fitness educators, you will develop the coaching, communication, and programming abilities needed to confidently train clients in real-world environments.
During the Academy, you’ll build essential skills in client assessment, individualised programming, group training delivery, and specialised coaching for a diverse range of clients—including adolescents, older adults, weight-loss and muscle-gain clients, and individuals with health considerations. You’ll also complete your required shadowing hours inside the club, giving you unmatched exposure to live PT sessions and everyday gym operations.
