Students progress through a combination of self-paced online study and practical workshops held in the gym at Genesis Kelmscott. Guided by experienced industry mentors, you’ll gain real-world coaching experience while developing the essential skills required to work successfully with clients across a variety of goals, ages, and training needs.
Throughout the Academy, you will build your competencies in client assessments, individual and group programming, weight-loss and muscle-gain training, older-adult and adolescent programming, and working safely with clients who present with health considerations. You will also complete your shadowing hours onsite, gaining genuine exposure to day-to-day PT operations.
