This program blends flexible online study with structured in-person practical workshops held on the gym floor at Genesis Wantirna. Under the guidance of experienced fitness educators, you’ll develop the coaching and communication skills needed to work effectively with clients in real-world training environments.
During the Academy, you’ll build essential capabilities in client assessment, personalised program design, group training delivery, weight-loss and muscle-gain programming, adolescent and older-adult training, and working with clients who have specific health considerations. You’ll also complete your required shadowing hours onsite, giving you valuable exposure to everyday PT operations.
